Thank you for choosing our smartwatch. This manual will help you understand how to use the device. Our smartwatch, with its many functions tailored for human movement and health, is primarily used to connect to your mobile phone via Bluetooth. It offers a variety of practical functions and services, all aimed at making it more convenient for you to operate your mobile phone. The Company reserves the right to modify the contents of this manual without any prior notice.

This product is not resistant to water vapour and does not support wearing in rain, hand washing and swimming, or wearing in a hot shower or sauna, etc. If the watch is damaged by water because it is not used according to the instructions, the Company won't give you a free warranty.

Operation Instructions

1. Power on/off button:

● Long pressing the button: switch on/off the watch, Long press on and off,  and press the button directly to return to the home screen in case of other screens.

● Short pressing the button: press the button to go to the main menu function screen in case of the home screen. For Other interfaces, press the button to return to the previous level.

Touch gestures: Slide left to preview the shortcut function; slide right to go to the split screen display; slide down to go to the control centre screen; and slide up to go to the information push screen.

Dial switch: press the dial screen to go to the dial selection screen to switch the dial.

Strap replacement: Push the buckle on the watch's back, and the strap can be easily disassembled.

Charging instructions

The magnetic type charging mode is adopted, which supports computer USB or mobile phone 5V standard charger, as shown in the figure below:

Tips:

● Please use chargers that meet international safety standards for charging. Other chargers may cause problems such as slow charging and heating. Please use them with caution.

● There is a magnet inside the magnetic-type charging connector, which shall not be exposed to high temperatures for a long time. Otherwise, demagnetisation may occur.

Pairing connection

I. Download "MTWEAR" to the mobile phone and install it in two ways:

1. IOS/Android mobile phone users:

Scan the QR code through the mobile browser or with WeChat. After opening the screen, select Android/IOS on the screen, and then open MTWEAR through the mobile browser.

2. To download MTWEAR APP, go to Google Play on Android phones or the App Store on Apple phones.

Tips:

● The mobile phone system requires Android 5.1 (inclusive) or above and IOS 9.0 (inclusive) or above.

● All permissions in the installation process need to be selected and agreed, otherwise the functions may be affected.

II. To connect to Bluetooth, open the "MTWEAR APP" and turn on the mobile phone's Bluetooth. When the MTWEAR APP gives an enable notification, tap "OK." On the app device page, tap "Scan Device," search for the watch's Bluetooth address or name, and tap Connect.

Tips: For some Android phone systems, turning on the phone's GPS is necessary to search for the watch's Bluetooth name.

Main functions

1. Home screen

The home screen enables dial switching. Long-press the home screen to enter the dial switching state, select the dial you want, and tap it to return to the home screen. On the app side, it enables users to push the pointer, digital, and custom dial.

Heart Rate Menu: heart rate, blood pressure, exercise, etc.

Heart rate monitoring: Wear the wristwatch and maintain the correct measurement posture. Go to the heart rate monitoring screen, and the watch will automatically start the measurement. The data will be displayed in about 25 seconds. (Automatic heart rate monitoring can be enabled on the app side, and it will be performed in the set period.)

Blood pressure monitoring: Wear the wristwatch and keep the correct measurement posture. Go to the blood pressure monitoring screen, and the watch will automatically start the measurement. The value will be measured after about 25 seconds.

Sports: The watch allows users to select multiple sports modes for exercise, such as running, walking, football, badminton, basketball, cycling, and rope skipping. After the exercise, the user can view the exercise record on the connected app.

Blood oxygen monitoring: Wear the wristwatch and keep the correct measurement posture. Go to the blood oxygen monitoring screen, and the watch will automatically start the measurement. The value will be measured after about 25 seconds.

Sleep monitoring: Your sleep duration and quality will be recorded from 21:00 every night to 9:00 the following day, helping you better adjust your work and rest time and improve your sleep quality.

Breathing training: After starting breathing training, you can relax and relieve stress to help you adjust your state over time. You can choose the frequency and duration of breathing according to your needs.

Step-counting information: You can view your daily steps, calorie consumption, and walking distance. The day's data will be saved and reset to zero at 24:00 daily.

Calculator: Go to the screen to perform simple calculations.

Voice assistant: After connecting BT3.0/Bluetooth 5.1, you can chat with Siri on the watch. 

Telephone function: including contact, call record, dial pad and SOS.

Contact: You can connect the APP to add contacts to your mobile phone and synchronise them to the watch (the watch supports adding 20 contacts).

Call record: In the watch call record list, tap the object to be dialled, and the call will be dialled (the watch can save the last 20 call records).

Dial pad: Connected to BT3.0, the watch terminal can enter the mobile phone number to make a call and realise the call function.

Information: You can query messages from QQ/WeChat. This function must be used after connecting to the "MTWEAR APP" on the mobile phone.

Music control: When connected to Bluetooth 3.0, the watch can play music, and when connected to Bluetooth 5.1, it can control the music playing on the mobile phone.

Camera control: When the phone is not locked, tap on the watch to take a photo. The phone will go to the photo screen, and the image will be stored on the phone.

Alarm clock: An independent alarm clock can be set at the end of the bracelet.

Stopwatch: Enable this function to perform single timing.

Timer: You can choose the desired time for timing.

Calendar: The watch side can display the calendar of the current month.

Weather: The end of the bracelet shows the weather for the last three days.

Find phone: Tap to find the device on the app side, and the watch side will give a vibration notification. Tap to find the mobile phone on the watch side, and the mobile phone connected to the app will also vibrate.

Menu style: You can select the list style, honeycomb style, double ring style and single ring style according to your preference.

Wake on wrist raise: This function can be turned off/on at the watch side. Put the watch on your hand and raise your wrist normally. When this "wake on wrist raise" function is turned on, the watch will automatically brighten the screen. When this "wake on wrist raise" function is turned off, the watch will not automatically brighten the screen. At this time, you must press the button to brighten the screen.

 

Brightness adjustment: You can adjust the brightness of the watch screen according to your needs.

 

Screen timeout: Customers can adjust the screen timeout of watches according to their needs.

 

Solid light setting: Customers can adjust the watch hand to their needs.

Language switching: Language switching can be performed at the watch terminal.

Vibration mode: If the watch's vibration function is turned off, there will be no vibration alert when receiving the message.

"Do Not Disturb" mode: You can directly open the all-day "Do Not Disturb" mode at the watch terminal or connect the APP to set the timing "Do Not Disturb" mode.

Password settings: The watch can be set with a combination lock according to customer needs.

Time and date: You can connect the APP to synchronise the time or set the time and select the time format on the watch.

Connect to the app: Use a third-party tool to scan the code to download the app, then use the app to scan the code to realise the function of binding the watch.

Bluetooth calls: Turn on Talk via Bluetooth

Shutdown: Tap OK on the shutdown function screen to shut down the watch. Shutdown will not clear the watch data.

Reboot: Tap OK on the reboot function screen to reboot the watch. Reboot will not clear the watch data.

About: You can view the relevant information about the watch.

Factory reset: Tap "Factory Reset." All the watch data will be cleared, so please click carefully.

Charging level icon: The watch is plugged into a charger with a charging interface.

Sedentary reminder display: If the watch is connected to the app, the interval time, threshold value, and response time period of the sedentary reminder can be set on the app.

Drinking reminder display: If the watch is connected to the app, the interval time, threshold value, and response time period of the drinking reminder can be set on the app

Common problems

1. Is Bluetooth connected successfully?

A: When the watch's status bar is pulled down, and the Bluetooth icon is in colour, it indicates that Bluetooth is connected successfully, and when it is grey, it indicates that Bluetooth is not connected.

2. What should I do if the Bluetooth cannot be connected often?

A: Because the Bluetooth protocols of various mobile phone brands are not unified, the Bluetooth connection between mobile phone and watch sometimes needs to be fixed. In this case, you can turn off the mobile phone's Bluetooth and reconnect it again or try connecting again after resetting the watch.

3. What should I do if I cannot receive the message notification?

A: The watch only synchronises the notification function of the mobile phone, such as mobile phone calls, QQ, WeChat information reminders, etc. Go to "Settings""Application Management" on the phone, find "Permission Management", and open all. Then go to "Notification Management", find "MTWEAR APP", and open all permissions. Open "MTWEAR APP", "Device", and "Message Push" to enable the background operation permission, and enter the APP that selects synchronisation information notifications, such as QQ and WeChat.

Tips: The mobile phone will not receive notifications if the WeChat computer version is online simultaneously. For some mobile phones, it is also necessary to add "MTWEAR APP" to the power-saving whitelist to prevent MTWEAR from being turned off when the battery is low.

Warranty instructions

1. During regular use of this product, if there are product quality problems caused by manufacturing, material, design, etc., a free warranty will be provided for the motherboard within 

one year and the battery and charger will be guaranteed for half a year from the date of purchase.

2. No free warranty is provided for failures caused by the user, including but not limited to:

1) Failure caused by unauthorised disassembly or modification of the watch.

2) Failure caused by accidental fall during use.

3) All man-made damage or misuse due to a third party's fault (such as water in the host, cracking due to external force and scratches of peripheral components) is not covered by the warranty.
